The new 120-liter container is 34% lighter. This result is achieved by using sequential injection at several points, optimizing mold filling.
Manufacture is by injection in a monocoque mold, which makes it possible to manufacture the entire body in a single piece, without adding riveted parts to this body. This avoids tensions and points of fragility in these joints, which become evident during use, which is why our new design of the 120-liter waste container is much more resistant.
Ergonomic lid: now easier to open the bucket. Turned and structured bucket faces for greater rigidity. Its design is studied to avoid the retention of rain and washing water.
Handling and safety: The relief and the ribbing give the bucket handle better ergonomics during gripping, avoiding the risk of slipping.
In addition, the lid of the trash can has front and side grips for easy opening from either side. The outside of the lid is practically smooth and convex, so it does not retain dirt or water when washed.
Garbage Trucks: These garbage bins can be mechanically emptied on garbage collection trucks that incorporate standardized lifting systems. The technology used in the manufacture of the lid allows it to be light and flexible, increasing its performance in the continuous lifting of garbage trucks.
